After several years working for the AMF, the partners of MirieuSauty have acquired an in-depth knowledge of all details of the sanctions proceedings and of all questions specific to listed companies (managers and employees), market professionals and regulated entities. They now assist their clients during the investigation or control phase, advise them during the instruction phase and defend them before the AMF Enforcement Committee and the appeal courts, regarding proceedings related to non-compliance with ethical rules by professionals or market abuses (insider dealing, market manipulation or false information provided to the market). MirieuSauty also intervenes before the Enforcement Committee of the French Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR).
