ASSETS MANAGEMENT
Based on their experience acquired within the AMF, the partners of MirieuSauty have developed a leading expertise in advisory and litigation services in the field of assets management and investment funds. They assist their French and foreign clients (asset managers, financial advisors, family offices and investors) in the structuring of all their main operations, in particular the constitution and operating rules of management companies, the structuring of French and European investment vehicles (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, alternative management, offshore funds or UCITS coordinated funds), the drafting and negotiation of UCITS distribution agreements.
