Claire Sauty de Chalon has been admitted to the Paris Bar since 2004, holds two masters’ degree in private law from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and in banking and financial law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
With an extensive experience in business law, and particularly in banking and financial law within major business law firms (Ashurst, de Pardieu Brocas Maffei) and at the AMF (Instructions and Inspections Directorate, representation of the Board on the Enforcement Committee), she advises and defends companies for their business law litigations and she specifically intervenes, for advisory and litigations matters, for all types of players in the market and more precisely in the management of their relationships with AMF and ACPR.
Claire Sauty de Chalon has taught in Professor Sébastien Neuville’s master’s degree in the financial sector at the University of Toulouse I Capitole and in the Master’s degree in banking and financial law at the University Paris II Panthéon Assas.
